Roger Stone has been an affiliate missionary since 2008. He and his wife, Vangie, are involved in consulting with the local Bible translation committees for the Ayta Abellen and Ayta Magindi people as they finish the New Testament in these two languages and help these groups learn to use their new Scriptures. They also are assisting with Bible quizzing in the Philippines.

Pray

Pray for:

  • unity among translation committee members in making final decisions regarding the completion of the New Testament in their language
  • widespread proclamation of the gospel through the New Testaments set for release in 2020
  • development of more audio Scripture materials for use among the various Ayta language groups
  • the Aytas to begin using newly translated Scripture
  • physical, emotional and spiritual health and strength for their family
