Glenn Lorenz began serving as the Africa Area associate director in October 2022. His work includes recruiting, training, and coaching missionaries who will live in Africa and assisting national pastors and leaders as they plant churches and develop new leaders. Glenn works to strengthen partnerships between FMC-USA and FM ministries in Africa. He also coordinates a project to develop a pastoral training curriculum for African leaders. Wendy works with the FMWM missionary team in Africa and around the world, leading a team focused on caring for missionary kids (MKs). These MKs are better known as Third Culture Kids (TCKs). Wendy and her team offer direct care for missionary kids and provide tools and support to TCKs and their parents so missionary families will be well-adjusted and resilient.
