As missionaries and pastors, Phil and Debra Gilmore´s calling has been to equip, empower and encourage others to build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12). For the last several years, Debra and Phil have trained and coached Free Methodist missionaries in support-raising. Recently, they also stepped into the role of providing pastoral care for missionaries in Europe. This includes encouragement, spiritual nurture, prayer, phone calls, field visits and care through times of crisis. God has equipped them for this new ministry through their missionary service in the Dominican Republic and Spain and their service as pastors in the U.S.
