Esteban and Cris Flores, originally from Baja California, Mexico, are fruitful leaders in the Free Methodist Church. For the past 15 years, they have served in various roles – worship leaders, youth pastors, short-term mission leaders and pastors of a local church. In 2022, they joined a team to coordinate an area-wide Youth Summit called JUMELI and are now leading the JUMELI movement across the Latin America Area.
In the Summer of 2025, Esteban & Cris will transition to become full-time International Missionaries serving the Latin American Area. In addition to leading JUMELI, Cris oversees the affiliations team and administers the area-wide database. Esteban will be working with the area-wide mentoring team in addition to his leadership of JUMELI to develop and multiply young leaders. They will also lead the Free Methodist ministry in El Salvador.
