Esteban and Cris Flores, originally from Baja California, Mexico, are fruitful leaders in the FMC with over 20 years of ministry experience. They have served in diverse roles, including worship leaders, youth pastors, short-term missions leaders and local church pastors. In 2022, they joined a regional team to coordinate JUMELI, an area-wide youth summit, and now lead the JUMELI (FM Youth) movement across Latin America.
In the summer of 2025, Esteban and Cris transitioned to serve as full-time international missionaries in the Latin America Area. Alongside her leadership with JUMELI, Cris oversees the area’s membership team and manages the regional database. Esteban works with mentors throughout the area to develop and multiply young leaders. Together, they also lead the Free Methodist ministry in El Salvador and provide support to Guatemala and Costa Rica.
