Anthony and Lizzette Owens are pioneering Free Methodist work in Panama. Anthony was born in Panama and ordained in the Free Methodist Church in Florida, where he planted and served in various church settings. In 2024, he and Lizzette took a step of faith, returning to his native Panama where they now serve as international missionaries, answering the call to expand the Kingdom and establish the Free Methodist Church there. Since they arrived in Panama, a strong and thriving house of peace (house church) has been established and is already seeing fruitfulness. Their short-term focus is on sharing the good news and discipling new believers. Eventually, they hope to establish a network of transformational house churches and established congregations.
Pray For
- God to supply all of Anthony & Lizzette’s needs as they disciple new believers
- God’s love to impact individuals and families who attend the house church
- God’s leading as they open their home for the second house of peace in Panama
- College-age young people have minds and hearts opened to experiencing the love Christ has for them.
