The Rollers live and minister in Cajicá, just outside Bogotá, Colombia. They are passionate about seeing leaders, disciples and churches multiplied in their communities and throughout Latin America. Thad is assistant area director for Latin America and Colombia’s district Leader. In the first role, he works alongside Area Director Ricardo Gómez to mobilize and mentor leaders throughout Latin America to accomplish the mission of participating with God in the restoration of Latin America from Mexico to Argentina. In the second role, he fosters church planting, leadership development and holistic transformation throughout Colombia. Nikki’s roles include coaching missionaries in their personal growth plans; participating on the Third Culture Kids Care team; and developing and mentoring for Raíces, a dynamic spiritual formation resource impacting more than 3,000 kids in 17 countries.
