Rachel and Emmanuel Nzungize serve as associate missionaries at Kibogora Hospital in Rwanda, where they are both nurses. They also assist with responsibilities at the mission guest house and teaching at the local nursing school.

Kristi Lancaster grew up in Columbus, GA.. For the past 15 years, Kristi has passionately served military-connected families and students at Fort Benning, GA. She will be serving the community at the Mosaico Learning Center in Rivas Vaciamadrid. Her role will include assisting with administration and leadership projects, providing English tutoring, and strengthening community engagement. She plans to move to Spain later this year.
Catherine Leech

Catherine serves as a project manager with Josiah Venture (JV), equipping young leaders to fulfill Christ’s commission through the local church across Central and Eastern Europe. Having previously taught math in secondary schools in the U.K., she is excited to use her teaching experience and skills while serving JV’s school ministry highway. In addition, she provides support for projects in sports, music, and summer camp ministries. Catherine lives in the Czech Republic and serves with the youth group in her local church.
Michael & Maria Long

Michael and Maria Long serve through a unique and strategic ministry responding to the global immigration and refugee crisis. They lead the Free Methodist Church of Thessaloniki, Anagenesis (“New Birth”), a multicultural and multilingual congregation that uses English as its shared language. Michael and Maria continue to disciple and support contacts through Zoom and partnerships with two Iranian churches in England.

Cida Matos has served as a missionary in Portugal since September 2000, supporting church-planting work and developing leaders. As an ordained elder in the Free Methodist Church, she leads the cell-group network in Portugal.
Mike & Vickie Reynen

Mike Reynen collaborates with African leaders toward the expansion of the church and the formation of local churches. Church planting and ministerial education are high priorities. Mike and Vickie both encourage the missionary team in its work of strengthening and developing leaders. These days, Vickie works primarily for the FMWM office, assisting with onboarding new missionaries, but continues to be actively involved with Tumaini Women Kenya.
Todd & Deann Miller

Todd and Deann Miller have been married since 1982. As partners in ministry, they served 29 years in youth ministry, taking numerous teams of adults and students on short-term mission trips in seven different countries. Following their years in youth ministry, they served as VISA missionaries in Belgium. After their return to the States, they planted and currently lead The Gate, a congregational network of missional communities in Indianapolis. Todd and Deann provide pastoral care and support to our Free Methodist missionaries in Europe. This role includes encouragement and care through Zoom, phone calls, emails, field visits, and special care in emergencies and times of crisis.
Camilo & Magaly Mora

Camilo and Magaly Mora have been serving in Madrid, Spain, since September 2019. During their time in Spain, they have planted a Free Methodist Church in downtown Madrid called “Comunidad Cristiana Mar de Cristal.” They are also equipping leaders and pastors through the John Wesley Theological Seminary, which currently has 21 students enrolled. Through this ministry, they have presented five ministerial candidates and two European ministerial candidates.
Misha & Lena Petrochenko

Misha and Lena Petrochenko have served in Rivne, Ukraine since 2010. As director of the Christian Mission, “The Lighthouse of Hope,” Misha oversees the recovery ministry for drug and alcohol addicts. He also serves as the Rivne church team leader and is involved in leading the Next Step program for the men who have fulfilled the rehabilitation program. Lena serves on the leadership team of the Rivne fellowship, directs children’s ministry programs and serves as secretary of the mission.
Hendrik & Kaylene Smidderks

Hink and Kaylene Smidderks are serving across Africa, with a primary focus on West Africa, and are based in Lomé, Togo. Hink serves as director of leadership development, overseeing the training and equipping of new leaders for ordination and church leadership. Kaylene leads communication efforts for the Africa Area through social media and print publications.
