The Rollers live and minister in Cajicá, just outside Bogotá, Colombia. They are passionate about seeing leaders, disciples and churches multiplied in their communities and throughout Latin America. Thad is assistant area director for Latin America and Colombia’s district Leader. Nikki’s roles include coaching missionaries in their personal growth plans; participating on the Third Culture Kids Care team; and developing and mentoring for Raíces, a dynamic spiritual formation resource impacting more than 3,000 kids in 17 countries.

Rodrigo & Tanya Rosado

The Rosados are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lead in three main areas. They pastor and serve at the Harbor, an international multicultural church. The Harbor operates as a network of house churches equipping lay leaders of all ages, focusing on young adults and university students who lead the five house churches and live missionally to plant new ones. Tanya oversees the love-driven justice ministries (Empowering Holistic Transformation) for Latin America, leading a team of coaches who equip local churches in 16 countries as they start and run ministries to promote the holistic transformation of their communities.
Brook & Susan Selby

Susan and Brook are faithfully following Jesus together. Susan focuses on building healthy teams by helping people identify and steward their God-given gifts, discipling them toward more peaceful, trusting and Christ-centered relationships. Brook serves by developing disciples and leaders, helping them recognize what God is doing in their lives and encouraging them to take courageous next steps of faith as they follow Jesus and advance His kingdom.
Rich & Laurie Sheriff

Rich and Laurie serve in San Pedro de la Paz, on the edge of Concepción, Chile. Rich is an elder in the Keystone Conference. After years of pastoring in the U.S. and leading short-term mission teams to various parts of the world, the Chilean Conference of the FMC invited the Sheriffs to come full time and plant bilingual churches. Along with church planting, they work in leadership development and encouraging local FM pastors, families and churches.

Dan and Dee Ann Snyder currently serve as U.S-based partners for Haiti. While involved in a Michigan medical practice, Dan raises funds and helps support the work of Claire Heureuse Hospital in Dessalines. Dee Ann works in support ministries.
Jordan & Audrey Kaufmann

The Kaufmann family reside in Lomé, Togo, in West Africa. Jordan serves as the VISA coordinator, helping support short-term mission teams and projects that connect U.S. churches with West African congregations. Audrey provides administrative support for the FMWM West Africa missionary team and helps with financial recordkeeping for West African leaders.
Tim & Connie Kratzer

Tim and Connie Kratzer served in the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire) in the 1980’s. Tim was the medical director of Nundu Deaconess Hospital and Connie homeschooled their sons while also serving as the mission treasurer and provider of support services. After 1996 war prevented them from returning to Nundu. After years away, they returned in 2012 to see the hospital providing medical care under the leadership of the national church.

Glenn Lorenz has served as Africa Area associate director since October 2022, strengthening partnerships between FMCUSA churches and Free Methodist (FM) ministries in Africa. He provides direct oversight of the FM work in Liberia and is developing a pastoral-training curriculum to equip African church leaders. Wendy serves with the FMWM missionary team in Africa and globally, leading the TCK (Third Culture Kid) Global team.
