Pray For
- our pastor coordinating the safe place for learning and discipleship
- people who have been spiritually awakened to gain more knowledge of Christ and give
their lives to Him; then pray they will become witnesses for Christ - the new fellowship in Farabanah
- the local leaders to gain knowledge and have passion for effective church planting
PRESENT MINISTRY
Work is underway in one location where a fellowship started. As this is an area of almost all Muslims, if one becomes interested in knowing more about Christ, a safe place has been established where more learning can occur.

Nafissa’s Story
From fear to confidence, this is Nafissa’s story. Nafissa is from Mali. She lost her husband, and she has been supporting herself and her two daughters through her service in the military. Not long ago, she started having health problems. At first, Nafissa attempted to get help from a traditional healer, but her living conditions and health continued to decline. She also found herself living in a perpetual state of fear. About this time, one of our church members met Nafissa and shared the gospel. She received Jesus and then became involved in our church worship gatherings.

Church Planting & Development
Christian workers from another West African country began working as Free Methodist church planters in Mali in 2017. That work was formally opened in 2019. Support for the Mali Church Planting & Development Fund assists with outreach work in Bamako, developing pastors and supervising expansion of the work.
