Cathy Alford is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation, a certified CliftonStrengths® coach, and a certified Daring Way Facilitator. She is a former corporate trainer and a recognized leader. Cathy has a passion for helping others discover their uniqueness and helping them in their personal development. She is serving as a VISA Voyager in Spain. Her primary responsibilities include providing leadership support for missionaries and national leaders, maximizing their team strengths, and developing key leadership capabilities. Cathy supports the Area Director on projects requiring organization and strategic development, as well as assisting with other areas of training and leadership development throughout Europe.
